Diary of a Recuperating Excusaholic # 18
I used to feel relieved saying I can't...when actions replaced excuses I felt exhilirated knowing I can.
Diary of a Recuperating Excusaholic # 17
What you cannot do is built on the excuses camouflaged as reasons that strengthen the walls of your comfort zone with a clear path to regression.

You get what you settle for because you have given up and look no further. If you look no further than the fallen petal you will never see the flower.

Dai Manuel asks do you use these excuses
I don’t have the money to do this.
I’m not ready to do the work required to change.
I’m afraid of what I don’t know.
What if it doesn’t work out?
What would people say if I did this?
My family needs me to keep doing this.
I don’t really believe it’s going to work out.
This is just me – I can’t change it.

I suggest
These may make you feel more uncomfortable but that will not last for if we do not go forward eventually we will go backwards and that will destroy the little comfort you have.
Don't excuse yourself from your greatest life

If happiness is a choice then noone has a monopoly on yours.Keep your choices fluid and then no matter the roller coaster or how long the dip you will know that eventually it has to go up
Diary of a Recuperating Excusaholic # 12
Everyday you have the opportunity to write a new page in the story of your life ,don't let others write it for you. You many times cannot choose the circumstances which surround the events of your life, but you always have a choice with your responses etc and the decision to be a casualty of your life or a champion of your unique circumstances.

You were not created to be perfect. You were created to strive for perfection and so you will always grow as there is no limit ...G-d is perfection and we will never be G-d.
So lose the excuses let your potential burst through ,dressed in authenticity...and make way for the continuously greater version of you

I walk daily among the multitudes who love to conform, it is so comfortable to conform, no too much thinking , no challenge, stagnation in the guise of growth, droning on and on in the dead end matrix where we conform. In essence we con our true form as our true form is unique ,beautiful ,authentic adding an invigorating light to the world.Dont let the herd rob you of being heard
Diary Of A Recuperating Excusaholic # 8
Dont go through each day excusing yourself out of the life you could lead as you may have wants but you will not find what you truly need
Diary Of A Recuperating Excusaholic # 7
I just saw someone wrap their potential in excuses and give it away .The thing is, that is just a misleading illusion ,we cannot give away what we G-d has given us.So when we make a decision to remove the blinding cataracts that our excuses are we begin to see how authentically awesome we can be.
To what potential do you think your excuses may blind you to?

Maintaining a diet of proactive action and gratitude builds up your resistance ensuring a safe distance from the numerous excuses that slow you down.
Diary Of A Recuperating Excusaholic # 5
I made an interesting discovery. When I decided to stop seeking the approval of others I found much of my authenticity with no excuses in the vicinity.
Do you seek the approval of others?..If so when and why?

I sat in a waiting room with time to spare, I decided at the wall I should surely stare.
Had I realized that time is a gift and not a dare
I would have taken those precious minutes and at the very least spent them in prayer.

How did you use your time today?
Diary Of a Recuperating Excusaholic # 3
Two days ago I built another wall of excuses to keep me in my comfort zone and then I started to realize that if I want to feel more alive and find my Wow I need to build a door.
How many excuses make up the walls of your comfort zone?
Diary Of a Recuperating Excusaholic # 2
I remember how many times I rationalized doing what I should not do .I decided that I am just as capable of rationalizing what I should do and thus do what should be done.
How about you?
Diary Of a Recuperating Excusaholic #1
I set my alarm for 5:00 am and when it started to sing I chose to hear a lullaby , said " just five more minutes "and hit the snooze button .
Those five extra minutes did not rejuvenate me but I started my day with an excuse.
My Goal for today is to repeat 5 times every half hour " I want to get up promptly at 5:00 am ". Tomorrow I will b.n. get out of bed and then turn the alarm off.

How many excuses did you make today?
